Shipping Rates

Domestic Rates:
- Orders over PKR 5,000: Free Standard Shipping.
- Orders under PKR 5,000: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

- Shipping charges will vary based on the weight, dimensions of the package, and the destination country. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
- Gulzad is not liable for any delays caused by customs processes or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment.
- For domestic orders, tracking updates are usually available within 24-48 hours of dispatch.
- International tracking may vary depending on the shipping carrier.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, refusal to accept the package, or failure to pick it up from the delivery service, the following will apply:
- The customer will be responsible for the re-shipping charges.
- Refunds for undeliverable packages will exclude shipping fees.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your orders on time, unforeseen delays may occur due to:
- High order volumes during holidays or sales.
- Weather-related disruptions or natural disasters.
- Carrier-related issues or strikes.

Lost or Damaged Packages

- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please notify us immediately with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
